LPN School Tuition Reimbursement Opportunity >> Earn up to $15,000 << Eligibility: - Graduated LPN training after August 2018, or - Will be graduating with by February 2021. Conditions: - 3-year full time* LPN employment commitment at Grandview Nursing & Rehab. Payout Schedule: -$2,500 for every 6 months of employment over 3-year commitment. -Employee will be responsible for repayment of reimbursed total to date if employment is terminated for just cause. Additional Bonus Opportunities: -Perfect Attendance Bonus: $500 -- No absences within first 60 days. *Employee forfeits reimbursement if they reduce status to less than full time. We are looking for reliable LPNs (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our team and care for our residents in a professional and considerate manner.
