-The primary purpose of the job position is to provide each resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with residents care plans and as directed by your supervisors.
-Candidate needs to possess the ability to function independently and have flexibility, integrity and ability to work effectively with residents, personnel and support agencies.
-Need to have the ability to deal tactfully with residents, family members and visitors.
- Be willing to seek out new methods and implement them into existing practices. Need to be able to relate to the ill, disabled, and elderly.
