CMAs and/or Charge Nurses Needed in a Supportive, Clean, Private LTC Nursing.

**Job Overview:** PAID WEEKLY*SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT*GREAT STATE SURVEY EXPERIENCE*ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES*WONDERFUL CARING CO-WORKERS. Provide and coordinate QUALITY nursing care to residents in a Private Nursing Home setting. (No Medicare or Medicaid paperwork). You will be able to work closer with the residents, and less on paperwork. You will lead with an amazing Director of Nursing and the Nursing Team to provide the best QUALITY resident care in a beautiful home, with a great team! **Qualifications** A Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/RN program. On-the-job training provided. Must possess a current active license to practice as an RN or LPN in the State of Iowa. Must have or be working on a Charge Nurse Management Certification. **Responsibilities & Skills:** Basic computer skills Excellent communication Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care. Ability to accurately gather data and/or assess residents and recognize changes Leadership and supervisory ability. Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, necessary for providing quality care. Ability to professionally relay information concerning a resident’s condition to the PCP, family and others who need this information. Must function independently, possess flexibility and provide encouragement to staff.. Possess personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, staff and clinical providers. Physically able to assist in transferring and lifting residents safely. Stand for extended periods; bend, stoop, stretch, twist, sit, and reach.
