Applications can be found online Responsibilities and Duties •The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the residents’ assessment and care plan, as directed by the nursing supervisor. •CNAs will deliver resident care to age ranges of residents from adults to geriatrics and assist with promoting a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment for residents. •CNAs have an extremely important role at Aase Haugen, as they serve as the "front line" providing direct, compassionate care with the residents •A further detailed CNA job description is available upon request. Requirements •Strong work ethic, on time, reliable •Caring, compassionate drive to provide care for our residents •Must be able to work well with others and have strong teamwork skills •CNA Certification is preferred, but we are willing to pay for the coursework required to reach the CNA level and hire starting as an environmental aide.
