Qualified candidates will process the following:
- Active Colorado LPN License
- The ability to lead
- Direct and motivate staff
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent clinical skills
- Effective communication
- Leadership skills
- The ability to multi-task.
The C.N.A. ratio to residents is very low, feeding assistants and bed aides also a part of this neighborhood team.
