Weekend LPN – Home Health | Commerce City area

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for a Weekend Position! Pay from $45-47 per visit. Schedule: Saturday & Sunday Flexible hours available Consistent weekend caseload REQUIREMENTS: Experience-preferred. Must have a valid Colorado LPN license. Must be CPR Certified. Must have a driver license and auto insurance. Able to work in our servicing areas. Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment. Responsibilities: Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes according to the plan of care. Perform vital signs monitoring, wound care, medication administration, and patient education. Observe and report changes in patient condition to the supervising RN. Document all care accurately and timely in the patient record. Follow all agency policies, procedures, and state regulations. Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times. Job Types: Part-time | Per diem.
