Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health

We provide highest quality of home care in the Denver, Elbert, Arapahoe, Adams, Douglas, Jefferson, Gilpin, El Paso, Boulder, Larimer, Clear Creek, Weld area. REQUIREMENTS: Current RN license in the state of Colorado (required) At least 1 year of nursing experience (home health preferred) Knowledge of OASIS documentation (preferred) Must be CPR Certified. Must have a drive license and auto insurance. Able to work in our servicing areas. Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment. Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in accordance with physician orders and the plan of care. Administer medications, treatments, and wound care. Educate patients and families on disease process, medications, and self-care techniques. Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Maintain accurate and timely clinical records. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN.
