Shift differentials and benefits Summary The LPN uses clinical expertise to assure comprehensive care and treatment is rendered to the resident/patient population. Monitor the health and well-being of residents by coordinating support services, monitoring and updating Resident Care Plans, and conducting resident well-being visits Utilize procedures and techniques to perform various duties such as assessing resident needs, evaluating and administering nursing care, and supervising and directing care provided staff in the delivery of nursing care within scope of practice. Qualifications Graduate of an approved school of nursing. Must hold current valid LPN license in PA
