Weekend Experienced Ventilator LPN

JOB DESCRIPTION: * Providing nursing care for clients using the nursing process and providing that care under the supervision of the RN, DON/Designee. * (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan, Interventions, and Evaluation) It provides a structured way to organize client information, with subjective and objective data from the patient and assessment, followed by the planned and actual steps of care, and finally evaluating the outcome. QUALIFICATIONS: * Current LPN license by an accredited college/university/hospital program * Current CPR/FA certifications * At least 1 year clinical experience working with pediatric ventilator, trach and g- tube dependent clients * Malpractice insurance * Ability to lift at least 50 pounds * Current health screening (Physical, PPD/Chest X-ray, Immunizations, Hepatitis, etc.) * Criminal Background check
