Live-in CMT/ Caregiver

The Flower Pot is a small, high-quality assisted living home with 5 residents. We are seeking a mature, respectable, reliable, and compassionate live-in caregiver to serve as the primary caregiver and house lead. This role is ideal for someone who values stability, consistency, and building meaningful relationships with residents. You will live on-site and be responsible for daily care, medication support, and maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment. ⸻ Please reply with resume attached Schedule • Live-in rotation: 5 days on / 2 days off. 7 day opportunity available. • On-call overnight for emergencies only Responsibilities • Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming) • Administer medications (CMT is a MUST) • Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed • Maintain daily care logs and reports • Light housekeeping and laundry • Supervise and support part-time staff • Provide companionship and structured activities • Ensure safety and compliance at all times Requirements • Minimum 2 years caregiving experience • Experience in assisted living or group home preferred • Reliable, calm, and professional • Must pass background check • CPR/First Aid (hands-on) • CMT/Med Tech certification is a must Compensation & Benefits • $600–$800 per week • Private furnished room • Utilities, WiFi, and meals included • Stable long-term position • Supportive ownership and small team environment Ideal Candidate This role is best suited for someone who: • Is emotionally mature and responsible • Enjoys a home-like work environment • Is seeking long-term stability • Can work independently without drama • Takes pride in caring for others
