We are seeking a compassionate, reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one nursing care for a 29 year old quad patient w/trach

Pay: LPN hourly rate $35 , RN hourly rate $45
Schedule: Sunday days shifts (8:30AM or 9:30 AM to 4:30PM)

Responsibilities
- Monitor for seizure activity and respond appropriately per established care plan
- Administer medications as prescribed and observe for side effects
- Maintain accurate documentation of care, seizures, and interventions
- Ensure patient safety during daily activities
- Provide calm reassurance and support during and after seizure episodes
- Communicate effectively with family, care team, and supervisors
- Support the teen’s routine, comfort, and dignity
- Follow physician orders and individualized care plan at all times
Qualifications
- Active LPN or RN license in good standing
- Experience with seizure disorders preferred (training considered for the right candidate)
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Dependable, punctual, and attentive
- Comfortable working independently in a private-duty setting
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful when working with adolescents
