Nurse for Memory Care for Assisted Living

Must be a LPN or RN. We have 30 Assisted Living Memory Care residents that we can take care of that have mild to moderate dementia or Alzheimer's. We do NOT take or keep residents that are physically combative or can not take advantage of our program due to being in the later stages. You would be responsible for medications, progress notes, service plans, treatments. We work as a team taking care of the residents the way they deserve to be taking care of.
