This position is eligible for benefits and daily differentials! The Charge Nurse performs duties within the scope of practice as defined by the NC Nursing Practice Act. These duties include assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and reporting on patient plans of care within skilled nursing or short-term stay households, as well as promoting and modeling person-directed care within the mission and values of the organization.
