Your Contributions • Institute appropriate nursing intervention, which may be required to stabilize a resident's condition and/or prevent complication. • Make daily resident rounds to interview physical and emotional status, as well as to implement any required nursing interventions. • Respond to resident and family concerns and ensure that each concern is documented, with a resolution initiated or communicated to appropriate staff. • Coordinate admission, discharge and transfer of residents.
