Required license or certification: Oregon State Board Registered Nurse or LPN This person oversees the day-to-day environment of the Health Care Center (under residential care license) to assure quality care is given and resident needs are being met in a way that fosters independence and dignity, protects residents and is in accordance with the Friendsview’s philosophy of person-centered care. Supervises provides leadership and promotes teamwork of health care personnel. Administers medications and performs treatments according to physician orders.
