Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Description
O’Neill Healthcare North Ridgeville is currently seeking LPN’s for Day and Night Shift openings! We offer 8-hour and 12-hour shifts! Join our team to get great O’Neill Healthcare benefits!
All full-time LPN Hires will be offered at $1,500 Sign on Bonus! We have position in our skilled nursing facility and assisted living.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Active Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Ohio.
Must enjoy working with the elderly and possess a positive ability to work with others.
Must be in good health, no lifting restraints, neat and clean.
Must be willing and able to learn and possess basic management, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
Provide quality care to residents.
Provide direction, assistance, and supervision to Nursing Assistants.
Accurate documentation of medical records.
Assist as directed by the supervisor.
Responsible for nursing activities as designated by the Director of Nursing.
Must project a positive attitude and promote the facility and its staff/residents in a positive manner.
Any other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
