INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS/SELF-EMPLOYED/1099IRS Our agency is looking for independent contractor Home Health LVNs who are interested in shift care and would like to be part of our active nurses’ team to be assigned to one of the following cities: Alameda, CA. 94501 Berkley, CA. 94703 Fremont, CA.94536 Hayward, CA. 94541, 94544, 94545 Oakland, CA. 94603, 94601, 94606, 94609, 94621, 94619, 94602, 94541 San Leandro, CA. 94578 If you are a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse looking for an opportunity to make a difference in patients' lives, we encourage you to apply!! LVNs with a minimum of 1 year of experience start at $35.00/hr. Our patients' ages range from 2 y.o. and 40 y.o. Some of our patients ' diagnoses are: Cerebral Palsy, Quadriplegia, and Epilepsy, and may have G-tubes, Trach, and or Vents. Ideal candidate(s) must have the following credentials: 1. Valid California Nurse License 2. A minimum of 1-year LVN experience (preferred) 3. Current CPR Card 4. Physical and Negative TB done within the last year 5. Malpractice Policy (NSO) Employment Type: -Independent Contractor (IRS 1099/self-employed) Work Location: -In-person, Patient home Responsibilities: -Provide direct patient care, tube feeding, and trach. -Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations. -Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and document patient interactions. -Collaborate with healthcare teams in critical care and long-term care settings. -Administer basic life support and respond to emergencies as required.
