Night Shift LVN/RN

LVN Job Responsibilities: Plan and manage patient care according to each patient’s needs. Interview patients and record their medical history and physical condition. Obtain patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration. Provide routine care for patients. Observe patients’ health. Review medical charts. Accompany patients to their rooms. Assist physicians and registered nurses. Communicate with patients and their families. Perform standard diagnostic procedures. Prepare specimens for lab courier. Administer medications as needed. Provide wound care. Prepare and administer injections and/or enemas. Assist with patient comfort. Monitor catheters. Monitor and supervise CNAs. We have two 6p-6a LVN/RN Position Available.
