LVN Part time

MONDAY * TUESDAY * WEDNESDAY * THURSDAY * FRIDAY (LOMITA ) 3:45 PM TO 8PM LVN needed for an 18 year old young adult male, The patient has skilled needs related to care and management of Seizure activity, Anxiety and allergic rhinitis. The patient has the following medical conditions per MD: Other seizure, Anxiety and Allergic rhinitis. Patient needs supervision with activities of daily, he is unsafe to leave home unattended, because he is not aware of traffic rules, he depends most of his daily tasks from his mother. He walks around and likes people. He is continent of bowels and bladder, he can go and make them on his own. He has seizure activities, currently the seizure is controlled by prescribed Midazolam medications. He takes medications by mouth, eats, tolerates regular food and able to feed himself. He attends school, and being supervised because he wanders a lot. He likes arts, he communicates with 1-2 words, phrases, and gestures or pointing objects.
