Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Job Description
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) graduate of an accredited Vocational Nursing program school or equivalent minimum of one (1) year experience as an LVN in hospice or home health visiting nurse, and medical surgical preferred Active patient contact within two (2) years preferred must have an active and unrestricted CA - LVN license to practice. must have an active BLS certification. must have valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
