ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
● Partners with Wellness Director in communicating the needs and care of residents.
● Document and complete Individualized Service Plans; Participate in resident care conferences.
● Determine appropriate care needs through assessment processes and management of Wellness services; coordinate healthcare delivery for each resident.
● Receives changed written medication orders from Physician and communicates changes to the team.
● Communicate with physicians, pharmacists and other clinical providers to coordinate care and services for residents; Communicates care needs with family members.
● Manage daily assignments assigned in compliance with federal and state nursing requirements.
● Work with the Director of Sales and other managers to assess prospective residents for move in.
● Manage prevention of disease transmission and infection control for community.
● Maintain department compliance; Compliant with Federal, State/Provincial, board of nursing and other applicable regulations.
● Provide safe environment for all residents.
● Uphold respect and dignity for residents.
