Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Job Description

We are looking for LVNs who can do follow-up visits for our home health patients. Depending on the status of our patients, sometimes you have to do wound care, catheter change, check vital signs and other issues that needs medical attention. We don't follow a strict time schedule for as long as you comply with the approved frequency.
