Full Job Description
This listing is for a state licensed 6 bed residential facility which will be accepting patients soon. The following documents/requirements must be current: Certification, Driver's License, CPR or BLS, liability insurance, physical examination and PPD must be current or obtained prior to employment.
Job Requirements:
• Licensed LVN
• 1 year sub-acute/ acute care experience preferred
• Have reliable transportation
• 2 references
• Have availability for 8 and/or12 hour shifts and weekends
