L A Care ProviderLicensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Job Description
Provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Provides service in accordance with the HHA philosophy, standards, policies and scope of practice. One (1) year experience in an acute care setting within the last 24 months. Prior home healthcare experience is preferred. Flexible, yet organized, with ability to exercise sound judgment. Regulatory Requirements Graduate of an accredited nursing program, Current California state licensure as LVN. Valid CA driver’s license, proof of current automobile insurance, and reliable automobile. Current CPR card, current health certificate/physical examination and TB testing.
Compensation
$40.00 - $45.00 per hour
