Job description: Our Home Health agency is looking for Home Health LVNs who are interested in shift care and would like to be part of our active nurse’s team to be assigned in the following city: Los Angeles, CA 90026 Case Detail: NF A/B Level 2, Male 30 year old with Primary DX: Cerebral Palsy Other Diagnosis: Cortical Blindness, Unspecified Hearing Loss, Epilepsy, Dependence on Supplemental Oxygen, Gastrostomy. Example of what LVN will provide: Medication, hydration, and feeding through G-J Tube Assistance with respiratory treatments Supervision, to prevent the Pt From pulling tubes Assistance with repositioning to prevent sores Ensure the Pt is kept clean and dry Assistance with ADLs LVNs with a minimum of 1-year experience will be offered $28.00/hr. negotiable Ideal candidate(s) must have the following credentials: 1. CA LVN 2. Malpractice Policy (NSO) 3. CPR 4.
