LVN needed for Riverside counties

We are Medicare and Medicaid certified Home Healthcare agency located in Los Angeles. We service clients in Los Angeles County, Orange County, San Bernardino county and the Riverside Counties. We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Field Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our home health team. The Field LVN will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, following the plan of care established by the RN and physician. Responsibilities include patient assessments, wound care, medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and educating patients and families about their care.
