The LVN will perform the following skilled interventions and tasks: Monitor vital signs, Medication administration, Breathing treatments, Oxygen administration, Tracheal and oral suctioning, Cleaning and care of tracheostomy stoma, Changing of tracheostomy, Ventilator management, Intermittent urinary, G-tube feedings, G-tube site care/cleaning, Bowel care, Maintain perinea! hygiene, Patient transfers maintaining proper body mechanics, Turn/reposition every two hours, Pressure reductions techniques to prevent skin breakdown, Monitor for skin breakdown, All activities of daily living as the patient is completely dependent.
