3 or 4 day 24 hour shifts- SIGN ON BONUS

Pay: From $300.00 per day Golden Hearts, Inc. is seeking a reliable, dedicated caregiver for a 24-hour weekday position supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a structured, home-based environment. This role requires consistency, accountability, and strong independent work ethic, as you will be the primary staff onsite during your scheduled rotation. Schedule Start: Monday at 7:00 AM End: Thursday at 7:00 AM Shift Type: 24-hour coverage (live-in during scheduled days) Sleep Time: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (uninterrupted unless emergency) Compensation: Daily Rate: Starting at $300 per day (DOE) Sleep hours are included in the daily rate Additional compensation may apply for interrupted sleep or extended duties Responsibilities Provide direct care and supervision to residents in a home setting Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) (hygiene, meals, routines) Administer or assist with medications per MAR Maintain a structured daily routine for residents Light housekeeping (cleaning, laundry, organization) Meal planning and preparation Community outings and engagement activities Accurate documentation and communication with leadership Ensure safety, wellbeing, and dignity of all residents Requirements Must be reliable and able to commit fully to scheduled days Prior experience in caregiving, assisted living, or IDD preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication and problem-solving skills Valid driver’s license (preferred) Ability to pass background check CPR/First Aid Work Environment: Residential home setting You will stay onsite during your scheduled shift !!Downtime is permitted when residents are settled and tasks are complete!!
