Most clients require basic ADLs such as cooking, cleaning, ambulation assistance, and sometimes toileting, and bathing assistance, as well as medication reminders. 2 forms of ID, proof of residency in the state of OH dating back to 2017 (OH state law to prove residency of at least 5 years to work as a caregiver in the state of OH, otherwise, submit to FBI background check along with required state check), and any CPR/First Aide, Hep B screening credentials.
