Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; formal training or certification in personal care assistance is a plus. Proven experience as a personal care assistant or caregiver. Ability to follow care plans, instructions, and protocols accurately. Knowledge of basic medical terminology and familiarity with medical equipment.
