Maintain a clean and organized living space for the client. Monitor and report changes in clients' physical, mental, and emotional conditions. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; formal training or certification in personal care assistance is a plus. Proven experience as a personal care assistant or caregiver. Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on others' lives. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to follow care plans, instructions, and protocols accurately. Knowledge of basic medical terminology and familiarity with medical equipment. Physical stamina and the ability to assist with lifting, transferring, and positioning clients. Reliable, responsible, and punctual with excellent time management skills. Respect for confidentiality and the ability to maintain professional boundaries. Flexibility to adapt to different client needs and schedules. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required for the role). First aid and CPR certification (preferred).
