Requirements:
- Must be willing to work in Glens Falls, NY (zip code 12804)
- Availability to work Friday & Saturday, 9am-10pm
- Must have valid NYS Personal Care Aide (PCA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification
- Dementia experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to and from clients' home

Job Responsibilities:
- Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
- Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
- Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
- Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
- Communicate concerns and escalate safety issues as needed
