As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you play an essential role in providing the high quality of care our members deserve. Working under the direction of a registered nurse, you provide in-home assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, cooking, cleaning, laundry and running errands. You perform only the tasks that you have been trained and documented as competent to perform. Clocking in, clocking out and documenting the services that were delivered is simple with the user-friendly mobile app. No certifications are needed for this position and on-job training is available. You must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently, have excellent time management skills and a true desire to help others.
