Personal Care Assistant (Caregiver) Needed Flexible Hours

Job Description: -Assisting clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care (diaper changing) and dressing. -Providing medication reminders. -Preparing and serving meals according to dietary restrictions. -Provide light housekeeping. -Assisting with mobility and transferring clients. -Ensuring a clean and safe environment for clients. -Engaging in conversation and providing companionship to clients. -Monitoring and reporting any changes in client's condition to the appropriate supervisor. -May have to do grocery shopping, pick up medication at pharmacy or accompany seniors to their medical appointments Job Requirements: -Previous experience as a Caregiver/Home Care Aid for at least one year. -Two references required. -Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients. -Physical stamina and strength to perform the duties of the role. -Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and auto insurance -Ability to pass a background check. -Proof of a TB test taken within the last year showing clear results. -Able to complete in-person orientation and online initial and annual caregiver training
