Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Job Description
As a caregiver with CareBuilders at Home, you provide excellent personal care and companionship with a caring touch. We have flexible scheduling and weekly pay. Every home has unique needs, so your duties may include the following (assignments made according to your experience):
-Companionship and interaction,
-Assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing,
-Grocery shopping,
-Light housekeeping,
-Meal preparation,
-Medication reminders,
-Pet care,
-Planning and participating in activities the client enjoys,
-Light exercise (i. e. walking),
-Transportation to and from appointments, shopping, outings,
-Toileting and incontinence assistance and care,
-Specialized caregiving (i. e. Alzheimer's, Dementia).
Certification is a plus, but is not required. Drivers License and reliable transportation are needed.
