Patient Service Assistant (PSA) for a Residential Support Assistant (RSA) role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Service Assistant (PSA) to support residents as a Residential Support Assistant (RSA). In this role, you will assist residents with daily living activities, provide emotional and social support, and help maintain a safe, structured, and comfortable residential environment. Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility. Support residents in developing life skills, social interaction, and independence. Monitor and document residents’ physical, emotional, and behavioral changes. Provide companionship and engage residents in recreational and therapeutic activities. Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly residential environment. Previous experience in residential care, long-term care, or supportive services preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Compassion, patience, and ability to work with individuals with diverse needs. Physical ability to assist residents, including lifting and transferring as needed.
