Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Description
Provide daily ADL for nursing home residents. Be organized and detailed, efficient, and accurate in work performance. Possess and display proper communication skills which exude patience, self-discipline, and customer service skills. Function independently and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies. Possess and display a genuine caring for, and interest in, maintaining and enhancing a positive physical, emotional, and psychosocial environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Relate to and work with the ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally unstable, and/or volatile residents of the Home. Must have certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant or Geriatric Nursing Assistant or a current certificate from a nursing school within 4 months of school completion date. Current CPR
