(Develop, Independence, Nurture, Achieve, Mentor, Influence) is an agency that provides Supported Living Services to adults with Developmental Disabilities throughout the East Bay, Brentwood, Antioch, Pittsburg, Concord, Walnut Creek, Martinez etc. Mission Dinami Home, Inc. mission is to provide Regional Center consumers who may present with previous placement challenges and disabilities a dignified and respectful experience of living with support in the community, and an opportunity to learn how to communicate their needs and wishes in a manner that does not threaten or restrict their independence. Position Requirement Experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred. Experience in any social service field is also acceptable. Candidates must either have or be willing to become CPR/First Aid certified. Must have a clean driving record and a personal vehicle. Must be able to pass fingerprinting/criminal background check. Must have a clear TB test result Position Summary We are looking for candidates to work Personal Attendant shifts with clients in the East Bay, Brentwood, Antioch, Pittsburg, Concord, Walnut Creek, and Martinez. This candidate needs to be creative, fun, and energetic. Job responsibilities include: Provide constant and appropriate supervision Must be an adult role model with the ability to effectively set limits Transport client to day program, medical appointments, community etc. Monitor and document client’s intake of medications and ensure that medications are handled and stored accordingly. Assist clients with independent living goals. Shifts available: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am Salary $14.00-$16.00 We currently have full-time and part-time shifts available.
