RN - Supervisory RN

The Supervisory RN is responsible to monitor the care and health of elderly and/or disabled individuals residing in personal care homes. The nurse will ensure that the homes provide quality care and remain in compliance with rules and regulations of all pertinent regulatory agencies. The position does not require the performance of skilled nursing tasks. The Supervisory RN will travel to personal care homes in a defined geographic area for the purpose of conducting assessments, admissions, developing plans of care, and documenting twice-monthly supervisory visits. The RN will lead and/or participate in in-service training of the personal care home providers and their caregivers.
