Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description
We are looking for a registered Nurse for our company to administering to our clients about their medications and treatment, then monitoring patients for the health and care plans. Assessing, observing, and speaking to patient. Creating, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans with the medical team. Educating patients and family members on treatment and care plans, as well as answering their questions. We are looking for case management RN, to advise patients on health maintenance and Licensing or registration required.
Compensation
$40.00 - $75.00 per hour
