In Home Services

1. Assist clients with activities of daily living 2. Help with G tube 3. Help with Aspiration Precaution 4. Administer medications 5. Assist with mobility 6. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. 7. Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to family members or healthcare professionals. 8. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed. Requirements ` 1. Previous experience as Register Nurse or relevant healthcare settings is preferred, including Level II trauma center experience, hospital medicine, emergency medicine, and geriatrics. 2. Familiarity with medical-surgical practices, inpatient care, outpatient services, and sub-acute care is beneficial. 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families. 4. A compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality care. 5. Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet client needs.
