Responsibilities of the RN role include: Provide direct care to patients with a wide variety of diagnoses, conditions, and diseases through ongoing contact in the patients home Administer medications according to established medication administration principles, physician orders and facility policy and procedures. Provide professional, respectful and compassionate care to all your patients. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate the care provided to all your patients. Recognize changing patient conditions and emergency situations and appropriately intervenes.
