Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-time and Part-time
Adeo Home Health is a small agency in the Greeley area, serving between 20 - 25 clients with long term home health and private duty nursing. We are proud that all our clients have remained COVID free during the pandemic.

Pay: $30 - $40 per hour dependent upon experience
Shift Needs: Multiple shifts available
Full-time Night Shift
6:00 pm to 6:00 am
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
Part-time Night Shift
6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Alternating days (one shift per week) Thursday, Saturday
Part-time Day Shift
6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Alternating days (one shift per week) Wednesday, Saturday
What our nurses do:
· Provide long-term home health and private duty nursing for Adeo clients.
· Assess clients and follow comprehensive plan of care for nursing as ordered by physicians.
· Document all care provided in a timely and accurate manner.
· Complete OASIS documentation (ROC, recerts and SOCs).
· Function independently in a home setting with minimal supervision.
· Maintain positive relationships and communication with clients, families and care team members.
· Supervise Certified Nurse Aides.
· Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality of all clients.
Requirements:
· RN experience: 1+ years Preferred.
· Recent graduates will be considered so please apply!!!!
· Required Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of Colorado.
· Home Health Care Experience: 1+ year preferred.
· Ability to speak Spanish a plus.
