Service supervisor

Job Description: RN Service Supervisor Facility: Rainbow 66 Storehouse Inc. Education: Registered Nurse Category: Professional discipline Responsibilities: The RN, Service Supervisor will perform, clinical nursing which includes but not limited to the following: • Monitor client care & safety • Observe & document signs and symptoms and/or any changes in the client’s physical or mental condition and if necessary, report to the primary physician • Complete and document Quarterly Supervisory Visits and other forms, on clients • Complete and document every 6 months, Supervision Visits on staff • Sign and complete Staff competencies and monthly in-services • Recording and reporting the results of the nursing assessment in client chart • Reporting and recording the nursing care rendered and the patient’s response to that care • Maintaining safe and effective nursing care, whether rendered directly or indirectly • Maintain & review client records and documentation for accuracy • Complete initial assessments of new admissions by collecting data and documenting appropriate forms • Assist with client care if necessary • Safeguard personal information on client’s • Perform on call duty as needed, if needed Qualifications: Requires a North Carolina RN license with no substantial findings on the North Carolina Health Care Registry. Prefer candidate with at least a year experience in the Home Care / Mental Health field or long-term care.
