Seeking Registered nurses registered nurse to conduct new
client assessments by completing a head-to-toe comprehensive assessment, Registered nurses will perform supervisory home visits to each client’s residence
at least every 92 days and at least on some occasions when the caregiver is
present and performing services. A registered nurse will be responsible for supervising all services provided for
medically frail clients and define those types of clients appropriately. The nurse will be required to provide the following:
1. Current unrestricted Georgia nursing license
2. Resume and/or completed employment application with at least 5 years of
work history
3. TB screening within (1) year
4. BLS card
5. Authorization to work in the US
6. Valid driver’s license w/proof of vehicle insurance
