The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for rendering nursing care to assigned residents in Carillon House in terms of individualized resident needs, according to dependent and independent nursing functions, and in conformance with recognized nursing techniques, procedures, and established standards based on the scope of vocational nursing, in compliance with Texas Department of Human Services regulations for long term care, and policies set forth by Carillon Inc. Full Time, Day and Night positions are available. Registered Nurse (RN) EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Maintains a current license with the Texas State Board of Nursing. Have a current card for the successful completion of Basic Cardiac Life Support (CPR – Healthcare Provider).
