Registered Nurse Responsibilities: •Provide in Home services to patients with varying care plans and needs •Collaborate and communicate with the care team to create a Plan of Care for each patient •Create and contribute to patients’ medical records as needed •Counsel patients and family members before, during and after treatment Registered Nurse Qualifications: •Must have a UT or Compact License for RN •Vent, Trach, and G Tube experience a plus! •Pediatric Experience a Plus! •Driver's License and Reliable Transportation •Current Car Insurance •Weekend Availability a Plus!
