Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description
We have grown exponentially and are currently looking for an Agency R.N. to join our corporate team. The Position Complies with all applicable company policies and procedures. Manages the Company's accreditation renewal process through the CHAP organization within operations, as well as builds strategic goals and leads a staff for successful on-side visit readiness daily before an accreditation status renewed for the next three years. Leads direct and monitors the delivery of health care and related health and medical services. Plans develop and implement procedures and policies that enhance the quality of life for people receiving services and assure procedures that support people managing their health care. Provides leadership to assure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and nursing practice standards. Develops and implements healthcare-related training that assures the best possible delivery of health-related supports and services. Reviews training at least quarterly and makes modifications as needed. Manages and supervises in-services training for non-skilled staff. Develops and maintains documentation system for continuity of care and record storage that assures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and ESAH policies and procedures. Maintains performance improvement activities to meet Company, state, federal standards. Participates in the Company's information management and performance improvement programs. Provide the following duty of care: review plan of care of clients, review medication administrative record of clients, and other if needed. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and general use of Windows. Strong managerial and leadership skills to build the business and team. Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Strong prioritization skills and a track record of consistently going above and beyond and outside-the-box thinking High communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a spectrum of personalities Great judgment and discretion Flawless execution of administrative activities, with great attention to detail, organization, and process Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to offer suggestions and improvements to newly developed processes Comprehensive knowledge of state and federal guidelines and regulations Education Degree in nursing. Certifications Current driver's license and current automobile insurance. R.N. active license.
