Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description
1. Direct the day-to- day functions of the assigned area in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long-term care facility.
2. Implement evidence based nursing objectives and standards of care.
3. Cooperate with other resident services when coordinating nursing services to ensure that the resident’s total regimen of care is maintained.
4. Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required per policies and procedures.
5.. Administers medications and treatments to residents
6. Other related duties as may become necessary or as directed by your supervisor, and/or administrator.
Required Education and Experience
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Must complete a CPR training program.
