Your Role:
As an RN at our skilled nursing facility, you’ll be an essential leader on the floor. You will:
Provide direct nursing care to residents
Supervise and support the nursing assistants on your team
Accurately administer medications and complete physician-ordered treatments
Document and transcribe physician orders (written and verbal)
Update care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Follow proper infection control and facility safety practices
Assist with resident needs and ensure compassionate, individualized care
