Care Choice Home Health needs Part Time (Per Visit) Home Health Registered Nurses for Chicago and suburbs. Ideal candidates must have one (1) year nursing experience, in an acute, or long-term care setting. To compensate for the hard work and devotion of our nurses we have per visit rates ranging from $60 to $120 per visit. Rate adjustments are based on patient location, the type of case including infusion, and wound care. Parking expense is reimbursed at one hundred percent. With a team of nurses and other disciplines in collaboration with renowned hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, and skilled nursing facilities in Chicago, Care Choice has been serving the elderly in their homes for eighteen years.
